use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth

Please read them
carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Logical Design Tools, Inc.
indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions
shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase
order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Logical Design Tools, Inc.
Logical Design Tools, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site
and these terms and conditions at any time.
Payment
Method
You
may order products through this on-line store using VISA, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. To protect you against unauthorized charges, credit
card order that are shipped to an address other than your billing address will
require additional verification. All credit card orders are subject to
verification and approval. For open account information and overseas
customers, please contact our Customer Service Department. Hard copy PO
with valid PO number is required for all term customers.
Sale
Taxes
Logical Design Tools, Inc. shall
automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Shipping and Handling
Normal shipping is UPS. FedEX 2-day and overnight service is available at
extra charge. Logical Design Tools, Inc. will charged a $2.95 handling charge
per order except Post Office shipment. $5.00 handling charge per
order for all Post Office shipment.
NO refunds on custom configurations and special order. Shipping and
handling are non-refundable. All sales are FOB Corpus Christi, TX.
All photographs are for illustration purposes only and may not be a true
representation of actual products. All trademarks & logos are
registered to their respective owners. Not responsible for
typographical errors. Some products sold by Logical Design Tools, Inc. are
third party products and are subject to the warranties and representations of
the applicable manufacturers, including but not limited to Y2K compliance.
Accordingly, Logical Design Tools, Inc. makes no representation or warranty with
respect to the Y2K compliance of products sold.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is guaranteed
with any products purchased from Logical Design Tools, Inc. online within thirty
(30) days of the invoice date. If you are not satisfy with the products you can
exchange or refunds them.
All products returned to us must be
accompanied by the following information.
(1) the original invoice, or a copy of the original invoice.
(2) the nature of the problem.
Prepaid shipping is required for all returning products. A copy of your original
invoice is required to process your return. Merchandise to be returned for
refund must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and be accompanied by all
original packaging, documentation and accessories. Therefore please check
the packaging and label carefully to be sure you receive the correct product and
version. In all cases, returned product must be shipped prepaid.
Shipping and handling are not included in the refund. Logical Design Tools, Inc.
reserves the right to refuse merchandise or impose a 20% restocking fee
for any returns not meeting the above requirements. All merchandise must be
received before any refunds or replacement can be processed (no cross-shipping).
Please allow two (2) weeks for processing. Opened consumable supplies may not be
returned or refunded.
No price protection on all our products: As
you know prices fluctuate daily in computer business, just like stock market. In
order for Logical Design Tools, Inc. to keep the best price for our customers,
we cannot accept product return because of the price fluctuation.
Warranty
Disclaimers/ Limitation of Liability
Logical Design Tools, Inc.
expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchant ability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
Logical Design Tools, Inc. shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or
consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or
related to the merchandise, even if Logical Design Tools, Inc. or a Logical Design Tools, Inc.
authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. All merchandise sold "As is ". Logical Design Tools, Inc.
makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. Logical Design Tools, Inc.
is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or any other damages.
This is disclaimer by Logical Design Tools, Inc. in no way affects the terms of
a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Typographical and Misprinted
Errors
We
are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors and make every
possible effort to avoid them. We reserve the right to change or correct
prices or substitute products and manufacturers. Item picture may be
representative items only! Specifications and descriptions subject to
change without notice.
Damaged Merchandise
You
must report all damaged merchandise to carrier (UPS or Post Office) and send Logical Design Tools, Inc.
International a copy of the inspection report. It is important that you
provide the name of the carrier representatives you spoke with and request that
they contact Logical Design Tools, Inc. at (361) 980-9589. We reserve the
right to replace damaged parts or entire product. A $30 re-boxed fee will
be assessed for any product returned in a damaged box. Please examine all
merchandise before assembling. Logical Design Tools, Inc. will not
accept any merchandise back that has been assembled or attempted to be
assembled.
Back Ordered Items
Occasionally,
a product may be out of stock. If your item(s) is back ordered the
following will apply:
1. If the back ordered product is schedule to reach the Logical Design Tools, Inc.
within five (7) business days, you orders will be held up in order to complete
your shipment.
2. If a back ordered product will be out of stock for more than five (15)
business days, the products will be deleted from your full order and you will be
required to re-order the item at a later date. Annotations will be
included on your invoice whenever a product you have ordered is out of stock.
